Refund and Return
At statusy, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose one of the following options:
①A full refund
②An exchange
③A store voucher (coupon)
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before returning any items, please contact us at y.liao@statusy.jp with:
①The item(s) you wish to return
②The reason for the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
